Endorsement for Natalie Anderson – A True Advocate for Maple Hills and Our Students

I am honored to wholeheartedly endorse Natalie Anderson for the Issaquah School Board position. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Natalie for many years on the Maple Hills PTA board, and I can say with confidence that she is exactly the kind of leader our school community needs.Natalie has always gone above and beyond, not just in her official role as our Ongoing Programs Director, but in every corner of our school. Whether it was leading the Watch D.O.G.S. program, organizing our incredible STEM Night, or rolling up her sleeves to support our recent PTA  Auction, Natalie consistently shows up with purpose, heart, and a deep commitment to our students and families. What sets Natalie apart is her unwavering dedication to ensuring that Maple Hills has a seat at the table. Our neighborhood has long lacked a strong voice within the Issaquah School District, and Natalie is ready to change that. She understands our unique needs and will passionately represent us, making sure our students and school are heard and supported at the district level. Natalie is a tireless advocate, a thoughtful collaborator and a true friend to our school. She leads with kindness, clarity, and conviction. I can’t think of a better person to represent the Maple Hills community in this vital role. Please join me in supporting Natalie Anderson because Maple Hills deserves a voice, and Natalie is ready to speak.

Personal Endorsement from Marni Kilzi

I’m proud to support Natalie Anderson for School Board. I donated (just $20) because I believe small-dollar donations are powerful when we come together as a community. As an ISD educator, I believe Natalie is the candidate who will listen to parents, teachers, and the full community. At the [Issaquah Highlands] Candidate Forum, she stood out as the one most ready to represent our voices at the board table. The issaquah Education Association got it right by endorsing her – Natalie gives me hope for the kind of leadership our schools need.

Personal Endorsement from Betsy MacInnes

Natalie has shown incredible commitment and drive to be a thoughtful, responsive and inquisitive voice [for] our school board. Her energy and passion for public education will help sustain Issaquah as one of the premier school districts in our state. I recently attended a candidate forum where she presented clear, knowledgeable responses and ideas. I believe good, strong public education is one of the most important foundations of our country and see that Natalie shares that belief and will work hard to bring the best opportunities to our Issaquah students. I also believe Natalie has the personal skills to be an effective member on the board.

Personal Endorsement from Fiona Anderson

Natalie Anderson/my mom is a great leader for the community. She steps up for our school and community.
